Formed in 1994 to initially serve the metalwork requirements of the water utility sector, Castle Fabrications has evolved and diversified into working with multi metals, offering an in house design, manufacture and installation service to a wide range of industries including Power generation, Retail, Leisure and Education.

We pride ourselves on being a “one stop shop” for all metalwork needs, offering a full range of services from structural steel to thin gauge architectural metalwork.

We regularly work with Architects at conception to ensure the project is buildable, fit for purpose and cost effective.

Most of our work load is attributed to repeat custom, which is testament to our team’s superior service and our reputation for quality, safety, reliability and performance.

We are accredited to EXC 2 BS EN1090 CE.

We have a comprehensive Factory Production Control which includes a range of welding procedures and qualifications (WPQR’s) ensuring all work supplied is to BS EN1090 standards.

All welding processes have been tested and qualified using BS EN15614-1:2004 procedures and our Factory Production Control allows for full traceability of all materials, consumables and fabrication processes.

We have a dedicated Responsible Welding Coordinator and are regularly audited by UKAS accredited body ISOQAR for both ISO9001 and BS EN1090 CE. We also operate to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 procedures and use an external specialised consultant as we actively work towards formal accreditation.
